Job Overview
We are a growing smokeshop wholesale warehouse looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly.
As a member of our small team, you will assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing store orders, packing products, and maintaining an orderly warehouse. We are looking for someone who is dependable, works well independently, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Experience with disposable products or smokeshop merchandise is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, unload products, and verify quantities against packing slips or invoices.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
- Organize and stock products on warehouse shelves in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for retail stores accurately and efficiently.
- Count and verify products to ensure orders are complete and correct before shipment or delivery.
- Restock shelves and maintain accurate inventory organization.
- Assist with inventory counts and report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping work areas free of clutter.
- Keep shelves, packing stations, and storage areas neat and organized.
- Clean up after daily warehouse operations and ensure the workspace is ready for the next workday.
- Move, lift, and transport boxes and merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Help with general warehouse duties and other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
- Assist with preparing and organizing orders for delivery to retail stores.
- Be open to occasional work-related travel as the business grows and delivery needs develop.
Qualifications & Experience
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail when counting, picking, packing, and verifying orders.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a small-team environment.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Willingness to learn product names, inventory locations, and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, stocking, order fulfillment, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with disposable products, vape products, or other smokeshop merchandise is a plus.

Job Details
- Job Title: Warehouse Associate
- Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
- Work Location: 1625 N. 2nd Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with weekday shifts available. Our ideal schedule includes a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, along with part-time positions to provide additional warehouse coverage. Exact shifts and schedules are not finalized and can be discussed with the right candidates.
- Experience Level: Entry-level candidates welcome; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
