Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn, AL, for a Commercial Leasing Agent. The responsibilities involve managing the leasing process for commercial properties, including negotiating lease agreements, conducting property tours, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. Additional duties include lease administration, property management assistance, and ensuring exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. The role also focuses on identifying new leasing opportunities, maintaining detailed marketing records, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including reviewing lease agreements
- Knowledge of Property Management and Commercial Leasing practices
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining strong tenant relations
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while meeting deadlines and target goals
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Alabama, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
