The Youth Apprentice (YA) will support the carpentry team across a range of construction and fabrication activities. This role is designed to build foundational skills in carpentry, construction processes, and job site readiness while contributing to active projects. The apprentice will gain exposure to both wood and light metal construction, working alongside experienced carpenters in a team-oriented environment.
