Faithful Security Services, Inc. is seeking vigilant and professional Armed Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in law enforcement, military service, or security operations, along with excellent observational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas using surveillance tools such as CCTV systems to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety of all personnel and property.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary.
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and access control protocols.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, de-escalating disputes and maintaining order.
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for record-keeping and further action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as required.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and reassure staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques.
- Strong understanding of security operations, including access control and incident response procedures.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
