JOB SUMMARY
Faith Promise is looking for a full-time Finance Assistant who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payables, Purchasing, and implementing and following all Finance processes. They will also own and maintain the Finance Support and ticketing system and train staff in best practices.

JOB DETAILS
- Accounts Payable / Purchasing
- Pay Bills and Expenses
- Process monthly transactions in accounting system
- Create new vendors in accounting system
- Maintain and update vendor list
- Process 1099 documents each year
- Complete wire transfers
- Manage corporate purchase cards and other accounts
- Finance Processes
- Process payroll
- Complete weekly transfers
- Pay royalty payments
- Maintain bank reconciliation binders
- Manage user access in financial software
- Finance Support
- Lead & Develop weekly Offering Counter Team
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide service excellence
- Lead quarterly finance trainings for staff
- Provide new employee finance trainings
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a full-time, non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education, experience and based on the annual compensation study that establishes FP Compensation.
