This is a full-time role in a multisite church environment—perfect for someone who sees administrative excellence as ministry and understands that operational systems are what allow creative teams to thrive.
About Faith Promise
We exist to win the world by equipping Christ-followers to win their world, starting with 1% of Tennessee. We're a multisite church committed to helping people encounter Jesus, become fully devoted followers of Christ, and lead others to do the same. Our Creative Team drives the communications that connect people across all our campuses. If you're passionate about excellence in operations and see your work as directly advancing God's Kingdom, this is for you.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Support the Pastor of Communications and Marketing

You're disciplined and organized; you run structured processes consistently, anticipate needs before they're asked for, and have the relational grace to push back privately when necessary. You thrive in fast-paced, multisite environments. You understand that when systems work, teams are free to create. You don't just manage projects—you carry the vision of Faith Promise into every email, deadline, and relationship you steward.
