As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring our moving operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of movers, driving them to provide excellent customer service, and ensuring the safe and timely transport of our customers' belongings.
Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate a team of movers to complete moves efficiently and effectively.
- Drive moving trucks to transport customer belongings safely and securely.
- Oversee loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Manage on-site customer interactions, addressing any concerns or questions professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle any unexpected challenges or issues that arise during moves with composure and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment.
Pay structure and schedule
- $18-$22/hr Tips
- 7:30 - Until job is done | Monday - Saturday
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in a managerial role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects throughout the day
- Punctual and professional attitude
- Valid Driver’s License ( for driver position)
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Proven experience as a Driver
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situatuions
- A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable
