Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, focusing on their academic and social development. This role is essential in fostering a love for learning and ensuring that each child receives the attention they need to thrive.
Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum.
- Support the educational development of students by engaging them in learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
- Assist with toddler care and ensure the well-being of young children throughout the day.
- Contribute to curriculum development by suggesting new ideas and activities that enhance learning experiences.
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience working with students in daycare or private school settings is preferred.
