What are the responsibilities and job description for the Church Sexton/Property Steward position at Faith Lutheran Church and School?
Salary commensurate with experience.
10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule, early mornings (6-8am) or evenings (after 5pm)
Sick leave and holiday time available
1 year experience cleaning preferred
Cleaning of all areas of the church building, including regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and four classrooms, trash removal and restocking of supplies.
Knowledge of general repair and ability to perform minor repairs preferred: changing lightbulbs, air filters and other repairs that do not require a specialized technician as needed.
