What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, disability, wellness, and supplemental plans.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders regarding benefits and total rewards.
- Support compensation initiatives through market benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay program administration.
- Coordinate open enrollment, employee education sessions, and benefit communications.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits and compensation programs.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and support total rewards reporting and audits.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in employee benefits, compensation, human resources, or total rewards administration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of related HR experience preferred.
