Full-time 8am-4:30pm
Pay dependent upon license type and experience.

The Wound Care Registered Nurse RN or LPN/LVN works in harmony with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and/or continence conditions. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc).
- Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.
- Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state (as required)
- 1-2 years wound care experience required
- Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred
- 1 years of long term care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
