Position Overview:
Faith Group LLC is seeking a motivated, entry-level designer to join our dynamic team in St. Louis. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior designers and engineers to develop and update low voltage, technology, security and audio/visual system drawings and documentation.
- Conduct research on project-specific technologies, materials, and standards.
- Assist in the review and development of project specifications.
- Support document management efforts, including version control, formatting, and distribution.
- Attend and support project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments and external partners across different disciplines.
- Travel to project sites within the United States for design coordination, site observations, and project meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in electrical or low voltage design.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally.

The salary for this position is $70,000 depending on education, prior experience, and skill set.
