Night Shift:
7 Nights On, 7 Nights Off
· 9 PM - 7 AM
· Average of 70 hours bi-weekly
Day Shift:
3 or 4 - 15 hour shifts from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
· Full Benefits after 60 Days
- We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Youth Care Workers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to youth
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Assist with daily routines, life skills, and activities
- Complete documentation and incident reports
- Support youth through behavioral and emotional challenges
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and state regulations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or HiSet
21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass background screening
Ability to pass drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
