Hours Per Week : 40 Hours plus services (35 Tue-Sat, 5 Sun)
Summary of Position :
The Experience Director is responsible to provide visionary leadership and oversight to the overall experience & supporting ministries of Faith Family Church. The Experience Director provides a vital role in ensuring there is an excellent weekend experience that happens from the parking lot to the auditorium. They are also responsible for campus ordering, Dream Team Culture, and the Next Steps Experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Guest Experience : Responsible for leading the Experience Ministries of FFC including Greeters, Parking, Hospitality, Ushers, Info Center, Next Steps and the monthly baptism experience.Responsible for ensuring the leadership structure is being executed, and ministries are healthy.
Ensure that we are meeting Dream Team requirements and standards for each area of oversight.Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and efficient.Quarterly training.Quarterly fellowships.Next Steps : Ensure the Next Steps experience is excellent and communication is clear. Host and lead Next Steps classes, ensure Next Steps retention and help on-board team members to the Dream Team. Work with the Connections Director to create a smooth assimilation process at the campus.Care and Connection :Care
Weekly Care : Responsible for spending 2-4 hours a week caring for and connecting with the people of FFC through phone calls, meetings, and emails.
Crisis Care : Responsible for responding to any team member under your oversight that is facing a crisis care situation such as a death in the family, funeral, hospitalization, or offenseSmall Group
Enthusiastically lead a small group in each of the 3 small group semesters.
Help recruit and launch 5 small groups in the Spring / Fall semester.Dream TeamConnection : Responsible for assisting new Dream Team members under your oversight find their place within the Dream Team culture.
Fellowships / Training : Ensure that all teams under your oversight are having 2 fellowships per year and 2 pieces of training per year. (once per quarter)Leaders : Responsible for ensuring all teams are being led by an approved leader.Schedules : Responsible for ensuring that all team members under your oversight are on a monthly schedule, serving regularly, and fulfilling their God-given potential.Communication : Responsible for communicating weekly with your team leaders under your oversight and that your team leaders are communicating weekly with their teams. Lead DT huddle as assigned by Campus Pastor.Events and ConferencesAll special events and conferences are designed to help people connect to small groups. The Experience Director works alongside the pastoral team, creative team, and small group coordinator in the execution of the following events :

Manage and delegate office tasks to the Office Dream Team as necessary.
Maintain an up-to-date group roster, teams list, and Dream Team schedules.Understand and implement Faith Family values and code.Maintain current documents that will simplify and organize the running of the department :policy and procedure manual
