Duties
- Develop and articulate the overall creative vision aligned with company goals and brand identity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of designers, artists, and content creators to produce high-quality work.
- Collaborate with ministry, production, and executive teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of events, digital campaigns, advertisements, all digital content, and multimedia projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Stay current with church trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices to keep the organization at the forefront of creativity.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within a dynamic environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, advertising, or multimedia content creation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams toward shared objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital production tools.
