Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Duties

• Design and implement dynamic curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and organized space conducive to learning and play.
• Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives.
• Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Incorporate childcare best practices for toddler care, childhood development principles, and early intervention techniques into daily activities.
• Lead activities that develop fine motor skills, literacy skills, numeracy (including math), and physical coordination through engaging lessons.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior reports, and classroom activities in compliance with educational standards.
• Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes positive social interactions among students.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential; classroom experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education at the preschool level.
• Experience working with children with special needs or implementing early intervention programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods preferred; relevant coursework or credentials are advantageous.
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment is desirable.
