Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and attentive caregiving. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Observe and document children's developmental progress, communicating regularly with parents and team members
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Experience with classroom management, behavior management strategies, and caregiving routines
- Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
- Previous nannying or babysitting experience demonstrating responsibility in caring for young children is advantageous

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
