Role Description The Office Administration Professor is a full-time, on-site faculty role located in Ankeny, IA. This role involves teaching undergraduate courses in office administration, including topics such as office procedures, business communications, software applications, records management, and professional ethics. Daily responsibilities include preparing syllabi and course materials, delivering engaging classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. The professor will advise students on academic and vocational pathways, support their spiritual and professional development, and foster a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Additional duties include participating in curriculum development, contributing to departmental and institutional committees, engaging in ongoing professional growth, and collaborating with colleagues and local ministries to enhance student learning and service opportunities.
Qualifications
