Scope and Purpose
To be responsible, under the direction of the assigned Supervisor(s), to provide support for the overall management of property.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Administrative Oversight:
Overall Expectations & Skills Required: This is YOUR SITE. You are supporting a team responsible for a multi-million-dollar facility, Treat it the same or better than you would your own home or investment property. Residents should be treated as you would a loving Mother, Troubled cousin, or Nuisance Neighbor living at your site. The finances of the property should be as guarded and monitored as if they were your own funds, while maintaining the physical structure to the highest standard within budget. You are the first line of contact for current and future residents. You are expected to ensure your site office is Safe, Welcoming, Professional and that site staff is Pleasant, Impartial, Compassionate and Holds Everyone Accountable. Affordable housing has a great deal of government compliance which takes more management effort than traditional properties. If the site is not managed properly and timely, no one gets paid, operations stop and everyone in line is negatively impacted including residents, owners, staff, municipalities and more). Be proactive! You are expected to utilize the support and tools provided by the Company to maintain YOUR SITE. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Records: Maintain all records according to policies (contracts, certificates, permits, licenses, reports, notices, notes to file, etc.)
- Expenses: Follow purchasing and procurement policies; invoice approvals, etc.)
- Compliance: Ensure all occupancy standards are maintained and documented in accordance with directives provided.
- Facilities: Ensure overall physical plant is maintained, in accordance with directives provided, including work orders, property and unit inspections, capital improvement plans and actions, proper permits, licenses certs maintained onsite; address fire and safety concerns
- Enforcement: Ensure all property rules and regulations are fully enforced (violations, collections, etc.)
- Reporting: Ensure timely reporting (incident reports, managers reports, etc.)

Pay: $20.00 per hour
