Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and shared facilities within the apartment complex
- Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met
- Assist with basic/deep cleaning tasks as needed to support resident comfort
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, mopping, and polishing floors
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in cleaning practice
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete cleaning routines thoroughly and promptly
- Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management experience is a plus
