What You'll Do (Job Duties)

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Fait Distribution in your region. Using a consultative approach, you’ll partner with eye care practices and retailers to deliver personalized solutions from our digital optical lab, optical lens portfolio, and nationwide contact lens distribution services. This is a field-based sales position where you will be visiting offices throughout your territory on a daily basis.

In This Role, You Will:

·      Build meaningful connections with optometrists and practice staff

·      Prospect and cold call within a defined territory to grow your account base

·      Schedule appointments and deliver impactful presentations

·      Understand each account’s unique needs and offer tailored solutions

·      Drive growth by introducing new products and services

·      Collaborate with vendor partners and reps to identify new opportunities

·      Serve as an advisor—supporting practices with integrity and expertise

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

We’re looking for someone who is:

·      A natural relationship builder and strong communicator

·      Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven

·      Adaptable and responsive to client needs

·      Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling

·      Able to work independently while being a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree

·      1 year of successful B2B sales experience

·      Proven track record of managing a territory and closing deals

·      Experience in the optical or medical device industry is a plus
