Inside Sales Account Manager

Fait Distribution and Optical Lab seeks an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to represent our full-service digital optical lab, optical lens portfolio, and contact lens distribution services to eye care professionals in their assigned territory. Our Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing our existing business while expanding our account base throughout their defined territories. A successful Account Manager takes a consultative sales approach to introduce new products and services across our optical lab and contact lens distribution divisions.

Job Duties:

· Candidate must be comfortable prospecting and cold calling doctors’ offices in a pre-determined territory.

· Initiate the sales process by scheduling calls with key decision makers.

· Conduct meetings and presentations via WebEx, Teams, or similar platforms.

· Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, and overcoming objections.

· Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

· Team player must possess the skills necessary to partner with area manufacturer representatives in order to obtain business leads.

· Candidate must possess the ability to build long-lasting relationships with doctors and staff.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 1 year’s successful business-to-business sales experience preferred

· Self-starter, outgoing

· Highly motivated and results driven

· Territory management

· Prospecting skills

· Presentation skills

· Closing skills
