QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

· A High School Diploma or the equivalent in relevant work experience.

· Intrinsic motivation to be results oriented.

· Must be a true team player; personable, professional, flexible, have a high level of integrity.

· Attention to detail that will impact profitability.

· Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once. Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.

· Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and consistently lift approximately 75lbs.

· Ability to stand, bend, twist, lift, kneel and climb a ladder while lifting approximately 50 lbs.

· Must have transportation to and from work. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

· Communication skills, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

· High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.

· Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work independently, as well as in a fast-paced team environment.

· Strong accountability in personal attendance (work scheduled hours, arrive on time, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:

· Receive inventory and non-inventory items from both internal and external sources by sorting, stocking, and organizing products according to defined processes.

· Read and review receiving documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, packing slips) to verify accuracy and completeness.

· Provide support, scheduling, and process oversight of all areas of the Inbound Team.

· Pursue optimization and opportunities to improve processes within the Inbound Team.

· Replenish stock and down stock in designated areas to ensure product availability.

· Assist with physical inventory counts, product relocation, labeling, and removal of expired items.

· Support multi-location inventory management as directed.

· Accurately post inbound products when directed into the company ERP system to maintain up-to-date inventory records.

· Monitor and maintain floor stock of operational supplies (boxes, tape, void fill, etc.).

· Help associates locate products and overstock items throughout the warehouse.

· Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet stackers, and lift trucks when needed.

· Load and unload delivery trucks, mail vans, and shipments as directed.

· Inspect and confirm product quality and quantities through manual, visual, and/or digital checking processes.

· Use utility tools (e.g., box cutters) to open and process incoming shipments.

· Engage in various distribution activities including picking, packing, checking, wrapping, shipping, and securing orders.

· Provide timely communication of concerns, issues, and improvement ideas to team leaders.

· Support special projects such as expansion, racking modifications, and product staging.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

· Collaborate effectively across all functional work areas, supporting teammates as needed.

· Assist with any additional tasks requested by team leaders or management.

· Inventory and non-inventory items are stocked accurately and timely, positively impacting fulfillment operations.

· Harmony within the inbound department.

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM

All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating, and implementing solutions where possible.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT

Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate’s responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.
