Position Description: Employee Benefits Client Account Manager Job Description
We are looking for a positive and energetic Account Manager for our Employer CARE team with a dedicated sense of responsibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties include manage client details and act as an internal liaison for a specific 'book of business' that is based on revenue and/or enrollment, a variety of data entry and clerical tasks to support our clients and their employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail and resilience and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks needed to support our commitment to improving lives through innovation in research, education, and service.
Requirements
2 years of Account Management, Customer Success Management, Client Relationship Management or similar within the Insurance domainKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskNice to Have:Proven group benefits background coming from Agency, Broker, Health Insurance Carrier company.Benefits:
