Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Make outbound calls for follow-up, surveys, or promotional purposes as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry and CRM systems.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
- Use Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to document and analyze customer feedback or issues.
- Support team efforts in achieving call center performance goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center environment or customer support role preferred.
