Your Role In Our Mission
- Designing and producing art, visuals, and multimedia content for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements across print, digital, mobile, and video platforms.
- Generating and manipulating images, animations, sound, text, and video into seamless multimedia programs.
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- Contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions and pitching creative concepts that align with FAIRWINDS vision and marketing objectives.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all projects and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with outside agencies, vendors, and printers when needed.
- Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Interactive Arts and Media, or related field.
- 4–5 years of professional design experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with responsive design, interactive tools, animation, and motion graphics.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layouts, and digital file formats (tiff, gif, jpeg, png, eps, pdf).
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, and the ability to adapt ideas for diverse audiences.
