Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in mental health counseling or behavioral health settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and crisis intervention techniques.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate clients towards positive change.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
