What You’ll Do:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential, commercial, and land deals
- Market & promote your listings using our platform & local networks
- Generate new business, prospecting, referrals, client nurture
- Manage contracts, negotiations, paperwork, closings
- Plan and execute local outreach (open houses, networking)
- Leverage our systems, but build your own personal brand too
Qualifications / Who You Are:
- Active Kentucky Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (required)
- Preferably 1 year of real estate transaction experience (though strong new agents are welcome with mentorship)
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and growth-oriented
- Excellent communication, integrity, client service skills
- You’re ready to commit to building a sustainable real estate business
