Position Summary:
The Floor Supervisor supports the Operations Supervisor in achieving departmental and organizational goals. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing shift production activities in the sewing department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Assist Operations Supervisor in executing strategic planning objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and manage shift production activities, personnel, and equipment to meet delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture across all operations.
Staff Management:
- Train new employees
- Support departmental capacity and labor forecasting.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Administer employee discipline in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute suggestions for staffing levels, training programs, and skill development initiatives for shift and department personnel.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience with an ERP system.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 per hour
