About the Opportunity
The Parker Team at Fairway Home Mortgage is seeking experienced Senior Loan Officers who are ready to move away from call-center or big-box lender environments and into a role where they can build, own, and scale their own mortgage business.
Our production is driven primarily by purchase transactions, with refinances as a secondary focus. We provide consistent lead flow in Arizona, Florida, and Texas, while empowering our loan officers to develop long-term relationships with real estate agents, builders, and past clients.

Work Schedule & Office Requirements
- 100% in-person, office-based position
- Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day in-office

Key Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans with a primary focus on purchase transactions
- Work provided leads while actively developing self-generated referral business
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners
- Accurately pre-qualify borrowers and structure loan solutions
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum of three (3) years of active experience as a licensed loan officer
- Proven success closing residential mortgage loans
- Strong experience with purchase transactions
- Ability and willingness to work full-time in-office
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a long-term, growth-oriented mindset
