Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Spokane, WA, for a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Fairway Home Mortgage. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs by evaluating financial information, originating loans, and providing expert guidance throughout the entire loan process. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to determine their loan requirements, collaborating with underwriting and processing teams, managing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will also build relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals to generate and cultivate leads.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
• Strong understanding of Loans, Underwriting, and their processes
• Knowledgeable in Finance and financial document analysis
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is helpful
• Familiarity with local real estate and lending markets is advantageous
