Qualifications
- Experience working as a Loan Officer or in a related mortgage origination role.
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and current lending regulations.
- Skills in Mortgage Lending, including loan structuring and product selection.
- Familiarity with Underwriting concepts and ability to prepare complete, accurate loan files.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
- Proven ability to meet production goals while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working with loan origination systems and standard office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance, business, or a related field is beneficial.
