We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our exterior cleaning team. No prior experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training, and this is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement.
Experience working with ladders and year-round outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Be Doing:
New crew members will assist experienced crew leaders with professional exterior cleaning services, including:
- House pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Deck maintenance
- Driveway pressure washing
- Non-pressure roof washing
- Other exterior cleaning services
Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing services according to training and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete pre- and post-job equipment, supply, and vehicle checks
- Ensure all work orders are completed and returned to the office daily
- Wear company uniform and maintain a professional appearance
Attention to detail and following quality control procedures are important in this role.
