A St. Louis-based manufacturer is seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Pick, pack, and organize products and materials
- Enter shipment information into computer systems
- Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal departments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
What Qualifications You Need:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable using a computer and Windows-based software
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
When You Will Work:
- Workweek: Monday – Thursday 7 am to 5 pm & Friday 7 am to noon
- Breaks: One lunch break two 15-minute paid breaks daily
