Dental Assistant (Full-Time) – 4-Day Work Week
Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take dental radiographs
- Educate patients and help ensure a positive patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Support the clinical team by staying organized, anticipating needs, and helping the schedule run efficiently
Qualifications
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Positive, caring, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of procedures throughout the day
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
