We are seeking either an experienced Telephone Collector or a motivated individual wanting a new career for our expanding business. Fairway’s top specialists make more than $70,000 per year.

A successful candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

· Ability to work a productive 40 hour work week in the office

Your duties will include:

· Outbound and inbound calls to consumers with delinquent balances

· Negotiation techniques that result in a positive customer experience, providing helpful individualized solutions for consumers to resolve an account

· Type detailed notes regarding interactions with consumers

· Skiptrace for consumer location information
