- Certified Master Technician status with Ford Motor Company (or equivalent high-level manufacturer certification)
- Minimum 5 years of dealership or advanced diagnostic experience preferred
- Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics, drivability concerns, electrical troubleshooting, and major component repairs
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems including engine performance, transmission, suspension, steering, HVAC, and advanced electronics
- Ability to efficiently use factory scan tools and diagnostic software
- Consistent productivity and ability to meet performance standards
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own professional-grade tools (specialty tools a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to ongoing training and continued certification
