Role Summary We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive revenue growth across our diverse brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data visualization, CRM systems, and contact center analytics tools. Key Responsibilities Analyze sales performance metrics and trends across regions, products, and brands Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize KPIs and sales forecasts Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency Monitor and evaluate lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health Support strategic planning and territory management through data insights Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies Utilize RealGreen software to extract and interpret customer and sales data Leverage NICE CXOne analytics to assess customer interactions and improve sales processes Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders Requirements:Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field 2 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic recommendations Experience with Tableau, RealGreen, and NICE CXOne preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Attributes Self-starter with a passion for data and continuous improvement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
