Senior Accounting Manager

Market leader within their industries in the US and they have a global footprint in over 30 countries. Reporting to the VP, Finance you will be part of a high-caliber Corporate Accounting team.

Total Comp $240K Plus....

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, both internal and external, providing insights and variance analyses to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage accounting for business acquisitions and other complex transactions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
• Define and maintain corporate financial accounting policies related to revenue recognition, credit management, intercompany activity, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial compliance activities.
• Collaborate closely with Group and Corporate accounting personnel to prepare initial accounting workpapers and journal entry support for complex transactions.
• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal and external audit activities, statutory reporting, and other regulatory compliance.
• Manage business challenges that are broad and complex, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

Experience:

• The position requires someone with a strong technical Accounting background.
• BS Accounting
• CPA
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years of Big 4 experience.
