JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are actively seeking a Admissions Coordinators to join our Nursing & Rehab facility in Forest Hills, NY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and excels at patient and family communication.
Fluency in MANDARIN/CANTONESE and English is required.
DUTIES:
- Proactively make outbound calls to patients, families, and referral sources to discuss placement options and highlight the benefits of choosing our facility
- Work with admissions platforms such as CarePort, Sigma, and other EMR systems to track and process referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Fluency in MANDARIN/CANTONESE and English is required
- Prior experience in healthcare, admissions, or customer service (SNF/Rehab experience is a plus)
- Strong computer skills and comfort using multiple software systems
PAY RATE: 22-26/hour
