Fairview Rehab & Nursing Home urgently needs compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) RIGHT NOW to join our team and provide essential hands-on daily care. Your role is critical to ensuring resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being in our skilled nursing environment—especially as workforce challenges intensify and demand for quality care rises.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

• Help with meals, feeding as needed, and ensure proper hydration

• Measure and record vital signs; promptly report any changes in condition to licensed nursing staff

• Document care provided accurately and timely

• Perform safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques

• Strictly adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies

• Deliver genuine emotional support, companionship, and a positive presence

• Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred—we welcome new CNAs and those passionate about growing in the field!

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused setting

• Reliable attendance and deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available immediately

• Day, evening, and night shifts open

• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required to support consistent resident care
