Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging

Fairview Range is hiring a Supervisor for our Diagnostic Imaging Department in Hibbing, MN.

Are you a Diagnostic Imaging professional with leadership experience? Fairview Range is looking for a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging to join our team in Hibbing, MN! With imaging services at Fairview Range Medical Center and the Fairview Mesaba clinics, we serve patients in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. We provide a vast array of imaging services including x-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, fluoroscopy, and pain management, as well as ultrasound and nuclear medicine.

The Supervisor has responsibility for staff scheduling, including daily assignments, performance and competency reviews, overall patient flow, and policy review and updates. Ensure quality patient care and customer service. Assists with competency program, interviews, disciplinary actions, staff meetings/communications, data collection, and various other duties requested by the manager.

As the Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise the hospital and clinics: Interventional, CT, mammography, and general radiology staff.

• Assists in continuous quality improvement efforts.

• Effectively communicates, maintaining harmonious interpersonal relationships.

• Responsible for evaluation of standards of care.

• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Current registration through ARRT, ARDMS, or CNMT
• 5 years or more of experience in Radiology
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

• Leadership background and/or skills

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Salary : $75,317 - $112,965
