Schedule: This position is full time, working 72 to 80hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day shift (working at Fairview Plaza and Rehab) Weekends: None

As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Appropriately and accurately collects and enters required information for scheduling patients and completes the check in if applicable.
- Maintains communication for all system issues, scheduling concerns and communication while working through all revenue cycle requirements.
- HIPAA Standards and Regulatory Requirements are followed and adhered to.
- Responsible for and maintaining all information related to the Revenue Cycle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior scheduling, clinical, or other healthcare provider business cycle or health insurance claims processing work experience.
- Must be proficient in computer use.
