As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible 24 hour a day medical care of patients on the Behavioral Health inpatient units.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Clinical Excellence & Comprehensive Case Management Delivering safe, comprehensive care with a holistic approach, encompassing the assessment and management of a specific patient demographic under the guidance of a supervising physician.
- Using autonomous decision-making abilities for assessment, diagnosis, and the implementation of medical interventions in accordance with the nursing practice standards.
- Demonstrating expertise in psychiatric disease management, pharmacology, and patient education, showcasing specialized knowledge and skill in these critical areas.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing.
- One year of progressive clinical nursing experience with primary care management of patient population with psychiatric disease.
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to five years of progressive clinical nursing experience with primary care management of patient population with psychiatric disease.
- Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing.
