Fairview Range is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urgent Care Department in Hibbing, MN.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing support to patients within the Urgent Care. We are a Level IV trauma center and an Acute Stroke Ready hospital.
Schedule: This position will be working hours as needed. 12-hour day shift with weekends as needed.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are responsible for:
- Capturing the data involved in total systems assessment, including physical, psychosocial and spiritual data, as well as ongoing data collection.
- Assisting the provider in coordinating a plan of care based on prioritized patient needs in collaboration with the patient, significant other and resource personnel.
- Assisting in provision of age specific direct patient care in collaboration with all disciplines according to standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- Tier 1 Criteria: 1 year of LPN experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred. Tier 2 Criteria: Current MN LPN License. 1 year experience as Nursing Assistant.
- Current Minnesota LPN Licensure.
- Attends BLS class within six months of employment and maintains certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-year Urgent Care/Emergency Room/Clinic experience.
