Make a meaningful impact—every weekend.Fairview Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our nursing team for weekend coverage, on Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am. This role is ideal for a nurse seeking consistent weekend hours, strong team support, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents—while earning premium weekend pay. You also have the luxury of adding shifts during the week if you would like to earn benefits and PTO time.
About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you will:
- Provide direct, hands-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s individualized needs
- Deliver care in accordance with established nursing standards, best practices, and procedures
- Support day-to-day nursing operations in collaboration with the RN Supervisor
- Help maintain an environment where quality care, dignity, and compassion are the priority
