Fairview is one of 23 CCRC's (Life Plan Communities) in the state of CT. There are approximately 1,500 CCRC's across the United States.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, intelligent, positive, responsible and enthusiastic with a passion for engaging with a diverse range of individuals, especially seniors. This position requires strong marketing skills and experience to support our mission and promote our community effectively. Social Media, website design, basic graphic design for flyers and power point presentations along with basic computer skills are essential to this role. A willingness to handle a variety of tasks including resident life activities, fundraising, and participating or leading various committees is important.
Fairview is also in the process of planning a significant multi-million-dollar expansion project that will include contributions from the Marketing Coordinator.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sector.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
