Role Overview
The technician will perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. They will operate imaging equipment, develop films, prepare exam rooms, and support medical assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate effectively with patients, providing guidance throughout the treatment process
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, medications, and allergies
- Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision
- Perform radiology procedures accurately, ensuring patient safety and proper radiation protection
- Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions promptly
- Follow documentation protocols and maintain accurate records
- Maintain current licensure and skills, contributing to ongoing professional development
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License; ARRT certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is advantageous
