Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing within the last 2 years
- Current state and/or national nursing license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac and vital signs, respond to patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
