Role: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide safe, evidence-based care to adult patients in an acute care setting, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications and IV therapies, and responding promptly to patient condition changes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, thoroughly document in the EMR, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Adapt quickly to new units and workflows while maintaining strict infection control and hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse licensure with telemetry experience, strong clinical judgment, adaptability, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient education is essential.
